Provided they are being traded on the market, you can buy or sell rights offer shares (nil paid letters).

When you sell your rights on the platform, you can sell all of the rights you were issued or a part of them.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a risk in buying rights offer shares. If you do not exercise the rights or sell them before the end of the period, the rights will lapse and you'll lose the money you paid for them.
